Supported Living
Our supported living services operate across Warwickshire, Coventry, Solihull, Worcestershire, and Staffordshire. We focus on providing an individual service that all starts with meeting the client and those that are important to them. We take time to build a relationship with all involved and create a person-centred support plan that has the client’s outcomes at its centre.
We also operate as a private landlord, allowing us, where possible, to purchase properties that meet the specific needs of our clients and then more importantly, ensure they are modernised and maintained to a very house standard. We have believe that just because our clients might depend on rented accommodation, they should not have to live in any lesser standard than we would expect for ourselves.
Our client base is that of mainly individuals that have a higher level of need, specifically in learning disability, autism and physical disability.
Residental Care Homes
Our residential care homes are located in Warwickshire and are a 3 bed bungalow and a 5 bed bungalow. Each home is carefully considered to ensure it meets the specific needs of those that choose to live there and as a result, offer a lovely, homely feel. Being small homes, the smallest of details can be catered for and the lives of our clients enhanced through one to one support and our staff truly knowing each client.

Appointeeship
At Individual Care Services we do not believe our role ends with care support, as a result we offer appointeeship services to those that need someone to support them with bill management and benefits claims. These services are chargeable, however we pride ourselves on being competitive in this area and only charging a nominal fee to cover administration, an account and a contactless card.
Holiday Home
We now have our own holiday guest house, a bungalow on the West coast of Wales.
This property offers accessible exclusivity and a premium holiday location. The guest house is fully adapted to support people with disabilities and accessibility needs, and with two bedrooms having profile beds and ceiling track hoists, we can adapt to all needs.
