About Us > Who Are We?

Established in 1991, Individual Care Services is a registered charity providing support for people with special needs living in the West Midlands and bordering counties.

Individual Care Services has a Board of dedicated trustees and a membership of committed people who give their time and expertise to enable the charity to undertake a wide range of services. The services offered are managed and delivered by approximately 100 employees who have a wide range of appropriate qualifications, skills and valuable experiences to ensure that the service we provide is of the highest possible quality.

Registered Care Homes
The Charity currently provides four registered homes. The homes are all managed by Registered Managers, supported a by well-trained and experienced team of support workers.

Community Care (Domiciliary Care)
The Charity provides Community based Support Schemes (Domiciliary Care) We are registered by the Care Quality Commission to provide support to service users in the community who have a range of disabilities and special needs. 

Supporting People (Floating Support)
Primarily intended for more able Service Users who require low level support to maintain their own tenancy and live more independently in the community. Working in association with Housing Associations, LA Housing, Social Services, Supporting People Teams and service users and their families, to develop and maintain all aspects of daily living skills.
